Stephenson & Associates, Inc. is recognized as a one of oldest, largest, and most dependable real estate appraisal firms in Tennessee. The firm and its predecessor have been appraising homes in Memphis for over 30 years.
Currently, the firm has nine licensed appraisers with 90 years of combined experience appraising residential homes throughout the Mid-South. Each year, the firm provides services for over 1,500 clients (primarily lending institutions such as banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies) and completes more than 8,000 individual appraisal reports.
Robert T. Stephenson, MAI
Robert Stephenson is the President of Stephenson & Associates, Inc., a residential real estate appraisal firm in Memphis, TN. Since 1972, Robert has appraised over 10,000 residential houses in Memphis and throughout the Mid-South.
He has served in various positions of the Appraisal Institute’s local chapter including President, Vice President and Treasurer. Additionally, he served four years on the National Board of Directors for the Appraisal Institute.
Robert has been a licensed real estate broker since 1972 and is frequently sought as an instructor and lecturer to the Mid-South real estate community.
Robert has a BBA in Real Estate from Memphis State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
